About project
​
This is 4 floor multi storey building with a basement. Ground floor proposal designed for commercial area. On the first and the second floor consists of apartments. Apartment floors were divided in two secions, each section consisted of it own apartment. The 3 floor is a penthouse with a large terrace and it own facilities.

Construction
​
Basement walls are formed from reinforced concrete. For 1 and 2 floors walls were made of prefabricated concrete sandwich panels. For the penthouse walls and roof constructions, prefabricated wooden elements were used.
